9 Beet Stretch 2.0: Meta Tones Et Symphonia Extenta

The complete version! 24 hours of audio experiments by some of the most notable electroacoustic artists of our time!

To create the 2.0 version, the original 9 Beet Stretch was divided into 12 segments, 12 of the most notable experimental musicians were invited to participate, each participant artist received a segment. By transforming and combining the 9 Beet Stretch with existing elements of the participants’ work or other sources, their segment becomes a new piece of music or “Movement” belonging to a larger structure. The idea is to develop a system in which all components relate to one another as a whole but have enough individuality to stand as works in their own right. Don’t miss our Kickstarter campaign, we will be offering our backers special items such as production notes available only for participant musicians.

The complete version of the 9 Beet Stretch 2.0: Meta Tones Et Symphonia Extenta will be offered during our Kickstarter campaign.  It will include special objects and items available ONLY during the Kickstarter campaign. Some of these items include bookmarks, special production notes sent ONLY to participant musicians, poster files, logos, postcards especially designed by Adi Newton and Mykel Boyd, and free CDs.
